Hi Albert

The snow just doesn't want to go does it. We have really cold rain down here in Plymouth but I can just about see a bit of blue sky. Well it's gone again now, It was there.

Hey ho!! Do you think we'll have a barbecue summer this year then?

Dear Albert,
Hi there, in South Cumbria!
I am in Plymouth and the rain has started and snow and ice are
forcast for the weekend in the South West! (AGAIN!)
I am Cornish by birth and as a Cornish person, of course I am
obsessed by the weather!
I am so looking forward to the Spring arriving!
Best wishes,
FionaSmile

Dear Albert- good to hear from you.

Hope you and Lilian are keeping as well as possible.

We had a bit of snow in Hertford yesterday- not much but enough to make the paths slippery AGAIN.
It's very cold again though.

Take care- and keep warm

love

Maria x

Hello, Albert and Lillian - we still have some snow lying, not much, thank goodness. I hate going out when it's slippy - I am the worst coward on my feetScared Scared There is a fortune waiting for someone to invent totally non-slip soles. I would be first in line to buy! Still, it at least getting a little bit lighter at night, and the birds are singing more. Love, Christine-FxBigGrin

Re Christine's post about non-slip shoes - I have heard that if you put socks on over your shoes that will help to keep you from slipping. I haven't tried it, so not sure if it works!
